Consequently, we researched the expression levels of NXPH4 in other kinds of cancers and discovered that NXPH4 was raised in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, endocervical adenocarcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, breast invasive carcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, esophageal carcinoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, kidney chromophobe, kidney renal clear cell carcinoma, glioblastoma multiforme, lung adenocarcinoma, and liver hepatocellular carcinoma, while in some kinds of cancers it was decreased or there was no significant difference between the normal and cancer tissues (Figure 1C). This evidence concerns the gene NXPH4 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
