RBMX and neoplasm: In the TCGA-LUAD cohort (Figure 1A) and the GSE43458 dataset (Figure 1B), the levels of METTL14, ZC3H13, FTO and ALKBH5 were consistently lower, while the levels of RBM15, YTHDF1, YTHDF2, HNRNPC, LRPPRC, HNRNPA2B1, IGF2BP3 and RBMX were higher in the tumor tissues as opposed to the adjacent tissues.
