The profiling of cell surface markers by flow cytometry demonstrated robust expression of CD90 and CD105 (~95%) and reduced CD73 (~75%) expression in Non-T2D and T2D IPFP-ASCs (Figure 1A) along with undetectable expression of CD3, CD14, CD31, and CD45 cell surface markers (Figure 1A, Supplementary Figure S1). This evidence concerns the gene NT5E and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
