Altogether, we were able to find a set of putative genes that are correlated with survival outcomes in Renal Cell Cancer (COPS7B, DONSON, SEC61A2, SNRPA1, SORBS2, GTF2E2, HAUS8, PRH2, and ZNF18) and also a set of genes with some enriched ontology associated (FBXO5, SMC4, PRC1, SLC34A1, SLC12A3, KIF, TPX2, GTSE1, SLC14, AQP, TTK, NEK2, and NUF2). Here, NEK2 is linked to renal cell adenocarcinoma.
