No studies, however, have examined this specific mutation in this population; therefore, more investigation is required in order to understand how these results should inform prognosis and treatment. In addition to ARHGAP35 and KRAS genes, several other mutations were noted including those in BARD1 (also noted in the hereditary cancer germline analysis described above), YYAP1 (YAP), POLH, and MLH3 among others.
