FGFR2 and cholangiocarcinoma: Preliminary results in the expansion part of this Phase 1 study showed the activity of E7090 with an overall response rate (ORR) of 83.3% (5/6) and 11.1% (1/9) in patients with cholangiocarcinoma harboring an FGFR2 gene fusion and in those with gastric cancer harboring either FGFR2 gene amplification or FGFR2 protein high expression, respectively.
