As an additional immunologic profiling of AML patients, we further carried out immune infiltration analysis using the ssGSAE method to quantify the immune cell content of AML patients, and found that the amount of activated B cells, activated CD4 T cells, activated CD8 T cells, natural killer T cells and type 2 T helper cells in the high risk group were higher than those in the low risk group (adjusted p < 0.05, Wilcoxon test and Benjamini-Hochberg correction for multiple testing; Supplementary Fig. 15). The gene discussed is CD8A; the disease is acute myeloid leukemia.
