To our knowledge, the brain levels of many proteins have not been reported to be associated with HFD, obesity or hyperlipidemia, including Mettl3, Rbfox1, Dab1, Srgap1, Kcnq5, Sbno1, Gpr56, Nrp2, Fam96b, Slc6a5, Lrfn2, Pde8a, Gan, Fat3, Cmtr1, Cntnap5a, Iqgap1, Flrt2, Lzic, Syt6, Kirrel3, Snap29, Scamp5, Akt1s1, Cfap20, Lims1, Pik3r2, CI072, Arid1b, Rab27b, Lrfn1, Grasp, Jph4, Tmem35, Emb, Mycbp2, Efnb1, Gfra1, Aatk, Actl6b, Lrrtm4, Epha7, Olfm2, Cplx1 and Gprc5b (full names in Table 1).
