Additionally, out of four immune checkpoints, the distribution of CD47 (P < 0.0001) and CD276 (P < 0.0001) were not random (Fig. 3C), and these two immune checkpoints had higher expression in Subtype C1, which indicated that patients with HCC with subtype C1 were more suitable for targeted therapy with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) for better prognosis.
