HLA-DRA and Hodgkins lymphoma: The rs3129890 had a very low LD with the primary SNV rs28383311 (r2 = 0.06, D′ = 0.89) or the secondary SNV rs3129198 (r2 = 0.01, D′ = 0.12) (eFigure 3 in the Supplement) and a low LD with rs2395185 (r2 = 0.15, D′ = 1.00) near the HLA-DRA gene, which was reported previously by a study among HL cases diagnosed across a wide age range (16-80 years).30 Notably, rs28383311 and rs3129198 are mapped to HLA class II, whereas rs3129890 is mapped to the juncture between HLA class II and III.
