CD8A and Parkinson disease: The results revealed that neutrophils, mast cells, T follicular helper (Tfh) cells, plasmacytoid dendritic cells (DCs), myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), natural killer (NK) T cells, type 1 helper (Th1) cells, effector memory CD8 T cells, immature B cells, immature DCs, and CD56 bright NK cells were significantly different in PD samples compared with control samples (Figure 4A).
