PSMC2 was found to be upregulated in osteosarcoma (Song et al., 2017), prostate cancer (Chen et al., 2021), pancreatic cancer (Qin et al., 2019), glioma (Zheng et al., 2022), oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) (Wang et al., 2022), and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) (Ding et al., 2019; Li et al., 2019; Liu et al., 2021). This evidence concerns the gene PSMC2 and central nervous system cancer.
