To explore whether the prognostic significance of m6A regulator-associated AS events is independent of clinicopathological variables, we assessed the tumor grade, gender, LGG diagnosis type, age, tumor type (recurrent and primary), as well as the mutation statuses of IDH1 (R132), ATRX, EGFR, TP53, and PTEN. and m6A regulator-associated AS events based on the univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses that were conducted for the prognostic risk score model.
