Analysis of GO terms and KEGG pathways in the LGG cohort showed that AS events associated with m6A were significantly enriched in mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway, cancer signaling pathway, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, neurodegenerative ailments, particularly, Alzheimer’s disease, Huntington’s disease, and processes of the nervous system, cellular metabolic processes, intracellular signaling, cell cycle regulation, regulation of catalytic activity, regulation of hydrolase activity, etc. (Figures 2D–G). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
