The KEGG enrichment analysis showed that the high expression of DNM3 was related to signaling pathways such as arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy and neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction; the high expression of SLC5A9 was related to signaling pathways such as drug metabolism—cytochrome p450 and neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction; the high expression of SLC26A8 was related to olfactory transduction and drug metabolism—cytochrome p450 and other signaling pathways (Figure 5). This evidence concerns the gene SLC5A9 and Right ventricular cardiomyopathy.
