FH and neoplasm: RCC featuring papillary architecture and eosinophilic or oncocytic cytoplasm represents a heterogeneous disease, encompassing an increasing number of tumor variants, such as PRNRP, PRCC type 2, MiT family translocation RCC, biphasic hyalinizing psammomatous RCC, acquired cystic disease-associated RCC, and fumarate hydratase (FH)-deficient RCC.
