TYRP1 and melanoma: 60–75 Hz ELF-EMFs enhance melanin secretion, and cellular melanin concentration by stimulating the expression of tyrosinase and tyrosinase-related protein-1 (TRP-1) via inhibition of phosphorylation extracellular-regulated kinase (ERK), activation of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) response element-binding protein (CREB), and microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF) up-regulation in B16-F10 melanoma cells, while mitochondria activity, cell viability, and cell membrane condition remain unaltered.
