Two-way ANOVA showed that expression of VgA, VgB, VgR1, and VgR2 was significantly affected by P. locustae concentration (VgA: F2,90 = 1871, P < 0.001; VgB: F2, 90 = 480.9, P < 0.001; VgR1: F2, 90 = 1987, P < 0.001; VgR2: F2, 90 = 531.8, P < 0.001), duration of infection(VgA: F9,90 = 310.3, P < 0.001; VgB: F9, 90 = 398.6, P < 0.001; VgR1: F9, 90 = 210.3, P < 0.001; VgR2: F9, 90 = 98.32, P < 0.001), and their interaction (VgA: F18,150 = 83.71, P < 0.001; VgB: F18, 90 = 51.18, P < 0.001; VgR1: F18, 90 = 51.91, P < 0.001; VgR2: F18, 90 = 67.63, P < 0.001) (Figure 3). Here, BMP6 is linked to infection.
