MTOR and cancer: For the hallmark gene set enrichment analysis, the PS was significantly correlated to DNA repair, G2M checkpoint, apoptosis, PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathways, E2F and MYC targets, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and angiogenesis (Figure 4J); for the KEGG pathway gene set enrichment analysis, the PS was significantly associated with DNA repair, cell cycle, P53, VEGF, and some cancer-related signaling pathways (Figure S10).
