As shown in Table 3, several combined medications, including nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NASID) (χ2: 3.87, p = 0.04), angiotensin IIreceptor inhibitor (ARB) drugs (χ2: 4.15, p = 0.04), angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) drugs (χ2: 6.03, p = 0.01), proton pump inhibitor (PPI) (χ2: 107.88, p < 0.001), β-Lactam drugs (χ2: 400.51, p < 0.001) had significant difference between AKI and non-AKI groups. This evidence concerns the gene ACE and acute kidney injury.
