Immunohistochemical staining showed that MET was located in cytoplasm and cell membrane, and there was a high expression of MET in tumor cells, blood vessels and necrotic regions of glioma samples, and the high expression intensity of MET was correlated with WHO grade of glioblastoma, shorter PFS and OS of patients suffering from glioblastoma (Petterson et al., 2015; Yu et al., 2021). Here, MET is linked to glioblastoma.
