TXLNA and Timothy syndrome: Although the abundance of gut microbiota was higher in the WT group than in the IL14 group, no statistical significance among the groups may be due to IL-14α TG mice developing autoantibodies, sialadenitis, as in SS at the age of 9–17 months (Shen et al., 2006), and the IL-14α TG mice used in the experiment had only initial manifestations, such as there were no differences of SGS, ANA, TS, and LG-Fs between the WT and IL14 groups.
