Compared with patients in the tertile 1 group, patients with a higher TyG index tended to be younger, female, had a higher prevalence of diabetes mellitus, ST-segment depression, multivessel disease and incomplete revascularization, higher levels of body mass index, FBG, TG, TC, LDL-C, bSS, and rSS, a lower level of HDL-C, and used more insulin and oral hypoglycemic agents at discharge.
