Recently, eIF5A2 overexpression has been reported in a variety of solid tumors, including NSCLC [11], ovarian cancer [28], pancreatic cancer [29], CRC [30], BCA [31], hepatocellular carcinoma [32], and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) [13]. Here, EIF5A2 is linked to familial pancreatic carcinoma.
