In GBM, KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed that PIMREG was positively associated with the cell cycle, P53 cell pathway, and oocyte meiosis and negatively associated with the NOD-like receptor pathway, C-type lectin receptor pathway, NF-κB pathway, cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction, Toll-like receptor signaling pathway, Th17-cell differentiation, TNF pathway and other pathways. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and glioblastoma.
