We further found that before radiotherapy, there were more high expression levels of eotaxin and TNF RII in the poor group than in the good group (Figures 7(e) and 7(f)), and the results indicated that the low expression levels of eotaxin and TNF RII could predict a better therapeutic response for NSCLC patients who had accepted ionizing radiation. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
