Interestingly, the correlation between the proportions of MDSCs and CD68+CD163+M2-like macrophages was not significant in NSCLC patients of the pre-RT group (r = 0.072, p = 0.791) (Figure 2(b)), but the percentages of peripheral MDSCs correlated positively to CD68+CD163+M2-like macrophages in NSCLC patients of the RT group (r = 0.5548, p = 0.0257) and the post-RT group (r = 0.51, p = 0.0435) (Figures 2(c) and 2(d)). Here, CD163 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
