We further applied the Immune cell Proportion Score (IPS) to assess the efficacy of immune-checkpoint inhibitors in BLCA (Inman et al., 2017), analyzed the effect of PD1/PD-L1/PD-L2, CTLA4 and the combination of PD1/PD-L1/PD-L2, and CTLA4 treatments based on the level of the CASP8 expression. This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
