We further analyzed the quantity of CD3 + T and NK cells out of all cells in the tumor samples and observed that CXCL10, and CXCL9 levels were significantly correlated with the number of tumor infiltrating CD3 + T cells (Fig. 3Bi,ii); CXCL10 levels also correlated with the number of tumor infiltrating NK cells (Supplementary Fig. 5i,ii).
