We found that patients with low NXN tended to have higher aspartate transaminase (AST) levels (43.4% vs. 30.5%, P = 0.027), larger tumor size (6.0 vs. 4.5 cm, P = 0.005) and more incomplete tumor capsule (92.6% vs. 83.1%, P = 0.019) compared to patients with high NXN expression (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene NXN and neoplasm.
