This paper elaborately explored the role of lncRNA HOXA11‐AS and miR‐148b‐3p in glycolysis and proliferation of lung adenocarcinoma, and demonstrated that the lncRNA HOXA11‐AS is involved in the regulation of PKM2, a key protein of glycolysis, through sponging miR‐148b‐3p, which in turn affects the proliferation and glycolysis of lung adenocarcinoma. The gene discussed is HOXA11; the disease is lung adenocarcinoma.
