Our results revealed that the density of M2 macrophages was positively correlated with the expression levels of RDH10, AKT3, SHISA2, MYO5A, TLR7, RGS2, DSEL, VCAN, ANLN, PMAIP1, and INSIG1. The correlation of the upregulated genes with the infiltration of M2 macrophages, suggests that Exo-circRNAs regulate the tumor microenvironment via Exo-ceRNA networks; thus, promoting tumor growth and progression. Here, RGS2 is linked to neoplasm.
