Through the analysis of this network, it was found that PIK3CA, AKT1, MAPK1, IL-6, TNF, MMP1, MMP3, CDK1, and other targets were closely related to these 20 pathways, and this suggested that these targets might be the potential core targets for WPW to play a role in the treatment of RA (Figure 3E). The gene discussed is MAPK1; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
