In justifying the difference seen between these two tumors, it should be mentioned that, in addition to the difference between these two types of malignant bone tumors at the site of tumor formation and distribution pattern in the bone, osteosarcoma tumors are frequently developed in osteoblast cells; while Ewing Sarcoma tumors triggered by chromosomal translocation and producing oncogenic fusion gene EWS-FLI1 that leads to osteoclast activating [31].
