AOC1 and prostate carcinoma: Consistent with clinical results, overexpression of AOC1 is remarkably able to inhibit the growth of 22Rv1 and DU145 prostate cancer cells (Fig. 3f, g); however, the escalation of AOC1 significantly decreased the EdU level in both 22Rv1 and DU145 cells (Fig. 3e, Supplementary Fig. 1f).
