To sum up, our findings indicated that CAFs-EVs carrying SNHG3 enhanced CRC cell proliferation by competitively binding to miR-34b-5p, thereby reducing the binding of miR-34b-5p and HuR, elevating HuR expression, promoting the binding of HuR and HOXC6, and ultimately enhancing HOXC6 transcription. Here, SNHG3 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
