We found that the rates of parent-reported behavior problems (40.9% versus 39.8%, P = 0.88), DD (70.5% versus 63.4%, P = 0.43), and neuropsychiatry problems (38.6% versus 37.8%, P = 1) in individuals with ASD with GIGYF1 LGD variants were all comparable with those in individuals with ASD without GIGYF1 LGD variants in the SPARK cohort (Figure 2C and Supplemental Table 7).
