OS was analyzed for several factors; in univariate analysis, no significant correlation had been identified, including lymph node metastasis vs. lymph node negative (11.2 months [95%CI, 5.1–17.3] vs. 21.9 months [95% CI, 0–44.5], p = 0.25) (Figure 3C); baseline TPS PD-L1 ≥10% <10% (16.6 months [95%CI, 6.9–26.3] vs. 26.2 months [95% CI, 6.6–45.8], p=0.46) (Figure 3D) and the combination of TACE or RT vs. non-locoregional therapy (21.9 months [95%CI, 9.9–33.9] vs. 9.6 months [95% CI, 8.0–11.2], p=0.31) (Figure 3E). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
