MCL1 and Miyoshi myopathy: MEK inhibitors may be effective in combination with BCL2 and/or PD-L1 inhibitors in patients with MM (20), but PI3K inhibitors can be quite toxic and often lead to lackluster responses (20, 107), and MCL1 inhibitors may be effective but may not be tolerated well, generating concerns of cardiotoxicity, for example (20, 108).
