We further explored the impact of mutational status of 10 common driver genes on pyroptosis risk score in GC (Wang et al., 2011), and found that pyroptosis risk scores increased in patients with TP53 mutation, but decreased in patients with mutations in ARID1A, PIK3CA, KMT2D, DNAH7, TTN, ACVR2A, CTNNB1, RPL21, or FMN2 (all p < 0.05; Figure 3E). Here, DNAH7 is linked to gastric cancer.
