ACTA1 and pulmonary fibrosis: Xu et al. (2020)demonstrated the effective binding of wogonin and TGF-β1 protein in vitro through the affinity test results of BiacoreTM, and the effective binding component was wogonin. It was reported that earthworm and TGF-β1 protein have a good binding effect in vitro, and that earthworm can inhibit the progression of pulmonary fibrosis in vivo by inhibiting the expressions of TGF-β1 and α-SMA protein (Wang et al., 2019).
