With the training cohorts, we investigated the potential role of the laRlncRNA pairs-based signature in assessing the immunotherapy efficacy of ICGs in COAD patients by analyzing the association between the signature and seven prevalent ICGs targets (PDCD1, PDCD1LG2, LAG3, HAVCR2, CD274, IDO1, and CTLA-4). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and colon adenocarcinoma.
