The laRlncRNA pairs-based signature was significantly correlated with PDCD1, PDCD1LG2, LAG3, HAVCR2, CD274, and IDO1 expressions, whereas no significant difference was found in CTLA4 expression between groups, suggesting that the laRlncRNA pairs-based signature may have a role in predicting the therapeutic response to ICIs immunotherapy in COAD patients. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and colon adenocarcinoma.
