Binary backward logistic regression models (model 1: including hyperlipidemia, BMI, diabetes mellitus, sex, and CRP) revealed that α2-PI antigen level in the lowest quartile on admission is a significant predictor of unfavorable long-term outcomes (mRS 3–6) (OR: 2.10; 95%CI: 1.21–3.66, p=0.008) and death (mRS = 6) 3 months after thrombolysis (OR: 2.22, 95%CI: 1.15–4.31, p = 0.018) (Table 2). Here, CRP is linked to hyperlipidemia.
