Compared with adjacent normal tissues, the analysis of TCGA dataset showed that the BCL7B gene showed a low expression in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), kidney chromophobe (KICH), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), and thyroid carcinoma (THCA). The gene discussed is BCL7B; the disease is rectum adenocarcinoma.
