Previous studies have proved that increased BCL7A protects from Burkitt lymphoma, astrocytoma, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and osteosarcoma (Zani et al., 1996; van Doorn et al., 2005; Potter et al., 2008; Morton et al., 2009; Dai et al., 2021). Here, BCL7A is linked to Burkitt lymphoma.
