BCL7B and prostate adenocarcinoma: Compared with adjacent normal tissues, the analysis of TCGA dataset showed that the BCL7B gene showed a low expression in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), kidney chromophobe (KICH), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), and thyroid carcinoma (THCA).
