The results suggested that BCL7B was notably associated with cancer-related and immune-related pathways, especially for immunoregulatory interaction between a lymphoid and a non-lymphoid, antigen activates B-cell receptor BCR leading to generation of secondary messengers, neutrophil degranulation, pathways in cancer, cell cycle checkpoints, and signaling by interleukins, such as in CESC, GBMLGG, HNSC, KICH, KIRC, LGG, LIHC, LUADLUSC, OSCC, OV, SKCM, THCA, THYM, UCEC, and UVM (Figures 6A–O). Here, BCL7B is linked to cancer.
