The results showed that the mRNA levels of three genes (H3F3A, TUBA1C, and MYL6) were significantly elevated in the CRC exosomes, whereas BANK1, MEF2C, and FBXO7 were downregulated in the CRC exosomes when compared with those in the healthy human exosomes (Figure 3).
