Thereafter, the expression patterns of the genes in the TCGA-PRAD and GSE54460 datasets were examined, revealing that the expressions of VCL, ACTA2, MYL9, MYLK, MYH11, TPM1, ACTG2, TAGLN, and FLNC were significantly different between PRAD and control samples in both cohorts (Figures 4(c)–4(d)). The gene discussed is MYL9; the disease is prostate adenocarcinoma.
