Furthermore, the top ten genes with the highest interaction degrees, including, FLNA, VCL, ACTA2, MYL9, MYLK, MYH11, TPM1, ACTG2, TAGLN, and FLNC, were selected using the “cytohubba” plug-in (Figure 3(d)) and identified as candidate hub genes in PRAD.
