Similar trends were found between the expression of RANTES, MCP-1, IP-10, and Ro60 and IL-33/ST2 signaling activation; moreover, the silencing of ST2 indicated the regulation of RANTES, MCP-1, IP-10, and Ro60 by the IL-33/ST2 axis, suggesting that the IL-33/ST2 pathway is critical in the regulation of Ro60-mediated downstream inflammatory markers and autoimmunity. The gene discussed is CCL5; the disease is Autoimmunity.
