Ohno et al. found that CAT-T cells cotransfected with miR-172-92, as compared to CAT-T without miR-172-92 cotransfection, exhibited better antigenicity in malignant gliomas, which implied that CD19 CAR-T therapy combined with mi-172-92 could improve the problem of antigen escape and enhance the efficacy of CAR-T [96].
