[33] also show that miR-155 enhances PD-L1 expression in the diffused sizeable B cell lymphoma microenvironment, wherein CD8+ T cells are recruited by PD-1/PD-L1 interaction, and the function of CD8+ T cells is inhibited by phosphorylated AKT and ERK, in such a way that the efficacy of T cell-mediated tumor immune reactions is reduced.
