To verify the expression of the four genes, we used ELISA experiments on coronary artery disease and normal subjects, respectively, and found that GPX4 was low expressed in the coronary artery disease group and highly expressed in the control group, while TFRC, CCNA2, and CDK1 were highly expressed in the coronary artery disease group and low expressed in the control group. This evidence concerns the gene CCNA2 and coronary artery disorder.
