Indeed, in the Mac-Gata6 KO mice (Fig. 4d) we observed that CT26 metastases grew slower compared to wild-type mice further confirming that recruited GLPMs were pro-tumorigenic (Fig. 4e) however the growth reduction was not as slow as when CLL liposome treatment was used.
