RNA‐seq data indicated that the H2AFX overexpression in 19 types of cancers via TIMER 2.0, including liver, bladder, breast, cervical, bile duct, colon, esophageal, glioblastoma multiforme, head and neck, kidney, lung, pancreatic, pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma, prostate, rectum, skin, stomach, thyroid, and uterine corpus (Figure 1B). Here, H2AX is linked to pheochromocytoma.
