In addition to NSCLC, several malignancies, such as glioblastoma multiforme, glioblastoma, breast cancer, vulvar squamous carcinoma, prostate carcinoma, head and neck cancer, and gastrointestinal cancers (stomach, colorectal, and pancreatic carcinomas), are associated with EGFR mutation or amplification. Here, EGFR is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
